He graduated in 1984 from Denison University of Granville, Ohio. Todd started his career in the Surety Bond Division of Reliance Insurance Company in 1985 and later joined Reager-Harris, Inc. as Manager of the Bond Department. In 1997, Todd was named Construction Industry Group Lead and Senior Vice President for the former Acordia, now Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Mid-Atlantic region. In 2004, Todd was named Acordia\u2019s Surety Practice Group Leader. In 2008, Todd was named Construction Surety Practice Group Lead for Wells Fargo Insurance Services. In April, 2013 Todd formed what is now know as LA Surety Solutions, LLC.<\/p>\n Todd served as the President for the National Association of Bond Producers (NASBP) in 2009 and 2010. On April 20th, 2015, Todd received the John \u201cJack\u201d F. Curtain, Jr. President\u2019s Award for Distinguished Service to the National Association of Surety Bond Produces. The award recognized over 25 years of continuous dedication and service to NASBP and the surety industry. He also serves on the Board of Custom Quality Services, Inc. and Special Olympics of Kentucky. Todd is the past Chair of the Special Olympics of Kentucky Annual Celebration Gala.<\/p>\n Todd currently is the Chairman of the Associate Board Members Committee for the Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors (KAHC) and is a past president of the Surety Association of Kentucky and past regional vice president for the NASBP. He is veteran of the United States Marine Corps (1994-1998), where he was honorably discharged with awards. While in the Marine Corps, Brian served in numerous US Embassies operations in Africa. After his service to his country, he attended the University of Kentucky where he graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. In 2005, Brian started his career in the industry with Federated Insurance Company. After two years with Federated, Brian accepted an offer and took a position with Wells Fargo in June, 2007. He grew up in Louisville, KY and attended Centre College following his graduation from St. Xavier H.S. in 1998. While at Centre, Michael earned his B. A. in Economics and graduated in 2002 to then begin his career at Republic Bank and Trust Company. In 2011 he decided to leave the banking industry to begin a career with C. N. A. Surety as a bond underwriter. After four years with C. N. A. the opportunity to re-open the Louisville Bond office with Travelers Bond became available. After re-opening the Travelers Bond office, he decided to make the move to the agency side with Todd & Brian at L A Surety. Monica started her bond career at Schiff, Kreidler-Shell agency in Cincinnati, OH and worked there for three years before moving on to Travelers in 2003. In November 2011, Travelers made some corporate changes that eliminated her position and she moved back home to the Louisville area.
